It is designed for use over bare concrete or over one-part floor paints such as Rust-Oleum Concrete & Garage Floor Paint to add a protective, finish that resists damage from hot tires, motor oil, grease and gasoline. The durable, UV & weather resistant finish is easy to maintain and resists fading and peeling. Available in gloss, matte or textured finish.
