Roof Clear is a 100% acrylic, waterborne clear sealer for protecting cement roof tiles and shingles. 5 Gallon

Providing anatural look appearance with semi-gloss finish, Roof Clear resists ultraviolet light and fading and features a specially formulated mildewcide and algaecide blend to inhibit mildew and algae growth to keep your roof tiles looking clean and new.

Each gallon of Roof Clear will cover approximately 200 square feet per coat; the 5 gallon container of Roof Clear will cover approximately 1,000 square feet.

Coverage will depend on surface porosity, joint width and method of application.

Product Directions

May be sprayed, rolled, or brushed to a clean dry surface.

Two coats thinly applied give the best results.

Use for cement roof tiles; should not be used for clay tiles.
