Oscillating Head for Drum Wheels can be used in conjunction with Wavy Drum Wheels for easy polishing of inside rim for sink cut out for hand machine

The oscillating head is fully adjustable, the friction for the oscillation is preset to factory. you can adjust it to go faster or slower with two all you will need is a flat head screwdriver to adjust the screws on both sides. This will either loosen or tighten it.
