Polyurethane 250 VOC Clear Low VOC Primer/Sealer

Polyurethane 250 VOC is a two-component, low viscosity acrylic urethane formulated as a lower VOC alternative to the standard Polyurethane 250. This product is designed as a primer and sealer for various surfaces, offering exceptional penetration and adhesion to minimally profiled concrete. Polyurethane 250 VOC is U.V. stable for exterior applications, cures quickly, and can be recoated easily with both solvent-based and water-based polyurethanes. It provides a hard, high gloss surface that offers excellent stain resistance and easy cleanability, with an optional satin finish for a lower gloss.
